I use visio as means to knock out quick floor plans and oftentimes I
need to print these floorplans ona stadard 8.5" x 11" sheet, so using
the architectual scale is limited.
I was wondering if there's a way to create a cross-hatch grid fill
that could be "squeezed/expanded" to simulate (roughly) 12" X 12"
squares? So if I drew a irregular floorplan with more than four (4)
walls, I could sort of double check my dimensioning and space flow by
filling with an always-square grid fill.
I hope I'm explaining this properly, and I hope someone tells me that
this is a pice of cake. I'm using MS Visio 2000,but I also have the
original Visio Standard.
Thanks in advance for the help.
