Scale with text

I designed a piece of machinery using visio and then identify it using
text boxes within the design view of the pieces of equipment. I do this in
a larger scale to get all the deatils in. I then have to scale the
completed drawing down to fit into model of a room I am working on. Each
piece of equipment is done separately and shrunk to add to the finished
room.
Is there a way to keep everything, the design and the text, relative to
each other when I shrink it down. The desing shrinks fine but then the text
stays the full size. Please help if you can.
NOTE: I will not be able to reply to any responses...not sure why but
Outlook doesn't let me do it.
