Scaling and sizing of text and charts

Hi Everyone,
having a heap of trouble getting Project to give a
presentable readable format for our job we have approx 50 tasks spanning 500
days I would really like to able to present this in a readable A3 or two page
A4 format but I cant get the text and chart to be any larger than about 8
point event when the ive selcted twice that size, cant I do anything about
this as I dont want the plan to take up half the wall.

Hi Wheelie,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup

If your 2 pages are being filled and the Font size is being limited, it can
only be because you have constrained Project to print a limited number of
pages. Any scaling will change the font size to allow a fit to the page
numbers that you've selected.
