I want to print a drawing on a large sheet of paper, the picture gets bigger
but the font does not, how can I get the font size to scale up.

You could save the drawing as an image (GIF or PNG is probably best)
at high resolution (Source, rather than screen or printer) then print
that. Graphics programs should be able to auto resize the graphic to
fit your paper.

Thank you for your response.

I tried the 3 formats that you suggested and printed from Microsoft Photo
Editor, but in all cases the printed words looked terrible (as did the line
drawn pictures). It all looked blocky. By your response I'm guessing that
there is no way to have Visio (2003) do the scaling and printing.

Ok, try WMF or EMF format.
Some other things are printer dependant, my printer driver can expand
to suit paper, it's called Fit To Page.
