Scaling Problem, Pro 2002

I created a drawing in Visio Pro 2002 and saved it as a DXF for a CAD
user. Meanwhile my hard disk crashed and I lost my original DWG file.
The CAD user gave me the original DXF file but I can't convert it
back to DWG in the original scale. Any Ideas?
