Scan a Form into Infopath

Hello,

Would it be possible to scan a ready made form on paper into Infopath and
then modify the design and layout as needed or even to use it directly?

Sorry let me rephrase that

you could scan in the form and use it as a background picture to add your
fields on to make electronic, then you have a fully cutomisable form all
electronic that still looks like the paper form
