Scan Text Print Problem

J

John

Objective: Scan a form, retrieve it in WORD 2000, enter
info onto the appropriate lines and print.
Problem: Text boxes can be created and placed in position
on screen but the text boxes do not print where they
should be. 1. How do I anchor the text boxes and/or, 2. Is
there another way to accomplish this without purchasing a
program like Adobe Acrobat "Capture ($399)?
Thank you for any help you can offer.

Do they appear at all, or just misaligned?

Are you trying to scan the forms borders or both borders and text or ...?
How do the text boxes relate to the scanned original?

Please respond in the same thread on this newsgroup. Make sure you
include details of your application and Windows versions, and whether
or not you have included any service pack updates.

The text boxes all appear on the correct "line" but to the
extreme right of the page...
The original pages do not have borders, only official
logos & info that have to be included on the copy.
The text boxes are answers/information such as: name,
address, "give furhter information", etc...

You are better off recreating the forms in Word by drawing out the borders
with lines and textboxes and then adding in text and scanned logos.
