Scan to word 2002

when I scan a document or picture to word I can't see the whole document or
picture. I see the outline not the doc or picture. It only happens on one
computer which I just formatted. All the computers are running microsoft
office works suite 2000 and only this computer gives me that problem. Why???

On that computer, in Word, go to Tools > Options > View and check the
box for "Drawings". Also make sure the box for "Picture placeholders"
is _not_ checked.

Jay the drawing box was checked and the picture placehold wasn't. I tried
unchecking and then rechecking the drawing box but no dice. Thanks Any other
suggestions
