I have a product written using Access 2003, the software is digitally signed
and runs with all non Scandinavian regional settings. If i change the setting
to one of the Scandinavian countries i get a message saying that the file
cannot be opened due to security settings and that the file is not digitally
signed. I used to have a code signing id by verisign and have just changed to
Thawte, i get exactly the same message with either certificate.
I have spoken to both signing companies and they are at a loss as to what to
do.
