scanned documents appear too large

When we scan and save documents to use in Front Page, they
appear about 200x too large. Any suggestions?

You need to scale down the image size in a program like PhotoShop or paint
shop pro and the optimize the photo for web use. You do not want any single
picture to be more than 15-20 kb. This will slow down the load time of you
pages if they are to large.
