Scanning and Service Pack 3

Prior to installing SP3, when a document was put into the
scanner a box would pop up with applications you wanted to
scan into. After 3 install, that box is empty. Removing
sp3 took care of the problem, but that is not an option.
Any help would be appreciated. We need the ability to scan
directly into word 2k.

This is SP3 for Windows 2000?

Have you tried reinstalling the scanning software?
