When attempting to scan documents, I receive error message: "Microsoft
Document Scanning has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry
for the inconvenience." I've restarted the computer, turned the
printer/scanner off and back on, and no luck. Am able to print, but still
unable to scan. Any suggestions?
