Scanning Error

When I go to scan using MS Doc Scan/Imaging and I press scan I get the
following error message: "No compatible scanner found. Please install
scanner" I have unistalled and reinstalled my scanner so that is not the
problem. My scanner is an all-in-one and all other functions are working
just fine. When I press the scanner button to choose a scanner in MS Doc
Img. the box has no options to choose from. What do I need to do to get MS
Doc Img. to recognize my scanner?

I'm going to guess that you did something to your system recently (installed
or uninstalled software) or it's a new scanner. What changed?
