When I scan a document to word it comes up scrambled,
blown up & not readable..Thank You..

How did you scan the document? If you used OCR, then the results will be as
good as your OCR software, which in most cases will be mediocre and you will
need to do a lot of editing. With such software, it is better to produce a
plain text output and do all the editing in Word.
