SCANPST.EXE Fails to Start - Missing OLMAPI32.DLL

I can't get the scanpst.exe utility to run on two different systems, both
with Office 2007. The exact error I get is: SCANPST.EXE - Unable To Locate
Component; This application has failed to start because OLMAPI32.dll was not
found. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

I have run the Office 2007 Repair facility and when it still wouldn't work,
I reinstalled Office 2007. I also tried to run SCANPST.EXE on another
computer and I keep getting the same error.

Any help would, of course, be appreciated.

Do you have more than one copy of ScanPST.EXE on your system?
