Scatter Chart Question

I have scatter charts where I have used Boveys addin to label the points.
The labels are numbers and all works as it should.
My question:
Is there anyway to use the labels (numbers) as the points themselves?
By this I mean use the figure itself as the point thus combining the x & y location on the chart and its sequence in the series with a single item.

Stuart -

You can use the Center option for the position of the label, so the
label is centered over the point. You can format the series to have no
markers at all, but I like to use a square large enough to hide any
gridlines or series lines underneath the label, so it's easier to read.
I do this frequently and it can be very effective.
