scattered chart with two Y axies ?

Hi,

In order to have 2 y axes on a chart you need at least 2 data series,
even if the second is a duplicate of the first.
Then double click one of the data series and on the Axes tab select
secondary. If you need to get a secondary x axis then use the Chart
Options dialog.
