schecule an automatic send/receive

I have the options set for "schedule an automatic
send/receive" for both online and offline, but it does not
perform the function. Is there some other option in
Outlook2002 that must be set to enable this option?

What does it not do? Send/Receive online? Send/Receive offline? What do
you have showing for your send/receive groups? What folders do you have
designated to be included in the send/receive groups?
