Schedle Revising

What are the steps to follow while schule revising.. i want to revise
the schedule as schedules. not as per progress at site.... please
advise me .....

I mean, already saved Baseline 01, want to change the dates as
schedules previously.....i am confusing .....

To get this these stesps, I think it best if you take a good look at the
Help Files in Project which provide a lot of guidance. Also check out
any of the excellent books published on Project. It is well worth it
for your project investment to take an extensive course (minimum

Hi,

First, I would set Baseline, not Baseline1: it is handled more completely.
Then you can change your schedule as needed.
You can compare the revised schedule dates to the baseline two ways:

1. Show the Tracking Gantt view (View Menu)
2. Use the Variance Table (View menu, Table:... , Click Variance) which
shows the deviatios vis à vis baseline.
