I often schedule meetings via my Blackberry and then syncronize those
meetings with Outlook 2007 when I get to my main computer. It all works
great, but I did notice something that might need some attention.
After syncronizing, the meeting shows up in my calendar and everything
appears hunky dory. But, at a close look, I see it says no antendees have
been invited to the meeting yet.
This in not true, because the attendees were actually emailed the invite via
the Blackberry. So, if I should get a response from one of the attendees
while in Outlook, it is my understanding that their response will not be
recorded because Outlook doesn't think and were invited in the first place.
Is that true? If so, is their some toggle that I can switch to tell Outlook
that the attendees were invited, just not via Outlook?
