schedule a meeting with exceptions

Scenario: Weekly meetings are planned for the year. Exceptions occur in day
of week, time of day, location in meeting on a routine enough basis that it's
not a 'reoccuring' meeting per se.

It is possible to list meetings by subject. Is there a way to shedule in
list form?
