Schedule a recurring, 2nd & 4th week appointment

When the recurring option is selected, I'm unable to
figure out a way, if possible to select the 2nd and 4th
week of the month. If there's a 5th week in a month then
the schedule results are incorrect.

Is my only option to select each day individually? That
will be a big pain. Please Help
