When I schedule an appointment in outlook I see the location selection box on
the appointment tab. I would like to do two things: first is to populate that
selection box with our conference rooms. Second, I would like to tie this to
the conference rooms schedule. So when I make an appointment from 10:00 until
2:00 and select the West Conference room in the location box, it will then
show on the conference room calendar. Does Outlook have this capability? What
would really be great is if it would also tell you if there is a scheduling
conflict.
