Schedule cube build more than once per day?

Can anyone tell me if I am able to schedule the cube to update more than once
per day? I have enterprise custom (project) outline codes that are being used
by an external application which views project data using ODBC connections.
If values in the outline code fields change, the ODBC app is not able to view
these updates until the cube has been rebuilt as they are sourced from table
MSP_CUBE_PROJECTS.

Are the outline code fields available somewhere else that does not require
the cube to be rebuilt? Or am I able to schedule the cube rebuild to run say
twice per day?

I am familiar with DTS, but unsure of what connections/transfer options I
would use to schedule a cube rebuild if this were a valid option.
