Schedule Risk Analysis Software Question

Currently, the company I work at is using Deltek Risk+ as the de facto
Schedule Risk Analysis software. We're still on Project 2003 but will
be migrating to Project 2007 or Project 2010 in the coming months.

I've read that it works extremely slow on Project 2007. I've also read
that Deltek isn't developing the product to make it better. Can anyone
tell me what their experience has been with Risk+ and Project 2007 and
if you've have contact with Deltek regarding any issues with the
combination of the two products.

Also, what IS the best Schedule Risk Analysis software out there? A
lot of posts that I've read mention Pertmaster Risk Expert. Has this
been bought out by Oracle and renamed Primavera Risk Analysis? I've
also heard of @Risk for Project and a couple of others. I am mainly
looking for the same type of results that come out of Risk+... the
Duration Analysis, Sensitivity Analysis, Critical Path, etc.

Thanks in advance!
JJ

Hey JJ - I realize you posted this awhile ago but there is a new schedule risk analysis software from Barbecana called Full Monte. Full Monte is actually a Microsoft Project add-in that is meant to fill the gap left by Risk+ now that Deltek is no longer supporting Risk+. If you want to learn more, you should definitely check out www.barbecana.com

All the best - Aly
