Schedule send to Attendees change by 1 hour

Hi all

I have one site ( running Exchange 2000 and Windows 2000
server ) which send invitation out for meeting ie 10 am
but when the Attendees outsite the Company Email see the
invitation it say 11 am Both Exchange server are running
on GMT+10 and Automatically Adjust clock for daylight
saving change on all server and Workstation what could
cause this chekc on MS siet but 197480,195593,317211 &
195900 but it did nothing for me does anyone what can fix
this ? by the way the site in question run in combination
of Win98se and WindowsXP workstation.

are the Time zone and daylight time settings correct on all the computers?
It sounds like it's probably a daylight time setting problem.
