Schedule Templates

Can anyoe direct my to any Access Templates for
schedules....I would like to set up a 12 month schedule
that allows me to adjust by means of each month and track
number of hours in a work week etc. Then I would like the
option of viewing each individual month as well as seeing
a total of 12 months on one page.
