Scheduled Appointments Disappear

I use Outlook 07 for scheduling appointments in my hair salon. Every once in
a while an appointment will just simply disappear. I am sure there is
something that I am doing wrong, or have set wrong, but I don't know what it
is! It causes a problem when two people walk in at the same time! Please
help! Thank you so much!
