We have a Native Exchange 2003 enabled Active directory 2003 interim mode
environment. One of our helpdesk staff brought up the scenario of a
disgruntled employee setting up a scheduled e-mail in outlook before they are
terminated, e-mailing out personal information both internally and
externally, and how we would prevent that. My first theory was to remove
Exchange attributes from the account, so the account did not have a user
object to send as. However, At the designated time, I still received the
e-mail as the user that the scheduled e-mail was created as. How can I
prevent this kind of action from taking place?
Many thanks,
