Scheduled Event

I am fairly new to VBA but I tryimng to figure out what
the process is on scheduling events. I have an Access XP
database that I want to schedule an event. The event will
open a program called "Monarch Pro", open a file and run
a "Monarch Model" and import the results into a table. I
know this sounds like a lot but I am stumped. Any help is
appreciated. Thank you in advance.
