Scheduled Task - Signon & Passwords

I have a task which does something on another PC...It is
scheduled to run once a day.

I set it up to run under the owner logon. I do not use a
password. When the task run runs it errors off
stating '0x8007052f: Logon failure: user account
restriction'.

If I set it up under another user, RunBats, with a
password it runs fine.

Question is...how do I set this up under the owner account
without a password?
