Scheduler producing wierd characters

We have an exchange 2000 domain with w2000
workstations. I recently had to run the
outlook /cleanfrebusy utility following article #284200.
Now, when someone schedules an appointment with someone in
outlook, the recipient gets a "*~*~*~*~*~*~" line in the
message body. The shceduler works fine except for this
weird line keeps showing up in everyone's appointments.
Any advice or idea's would be greatly appreciated.
