It would be great if Outlook would allow us to schedule meetings and have the
receipients accept them only for their specified timelines. I schedule
interviews here, and the biggest complaint I have is that the meeting
schedule blocks off time for the recipient for the entire schedule when it
really should just block off for their specified time. Such as I will have
an interview that will run from 9:45 - 3:30 and I have a team that I breakout
and schedule 45 minutes each to interview a candidate. There is no way to
achieve this unless I send out independent meeting schedules. It would be
absolutely wonderful if there would be a way that would allow us to achieve
this without having to send out multiple meeting requests for one meeting.
