Scheduling a Meeting the Day Before

Is it possible to schedule a recurring meeting on the DAY BEFORE something else happens? I have a need to schedule a meeting on the day before another meeting takes place. The first meeting recurs monthly on the third Thursday. If I schedule the other meeting on the third Wednesday, it doesn't work when the first of the month is on a Thursday.
