Hello,
I recently set up a confrence room resoursce for the first time. Im
currently using Outlook 2003 on a SBS 2003 server. Now ive been over
the install procedure many times and it appears to be fine, yet when I
schedule the resourse everyone in the global list gets a notification.
It was my understanding that the mailbox you specify in outlook along
with the resourcse was the only one to be notified. Any assistance in
this matter is greatly appreciated.
