Scheduling Conflicting Appointments

I have a user who uses one calendar to schedule meetings
for about a dozen conference areas. When she's looking at
the calendar in day view, she ultimately gets to the point
where meetings overlap each other and are not being
displayed on screen. You can replicate by adding 7 or 8
appointments with the same start time.

We've resized the screen and worked with resolution -
nothing seems to help.

She does NOT want to maintain a separate calendar for each
room.

I'm looking for any kind of vier (besides printing) that
might be able to display all the meetings, and am open to
any ideas.
