Scheduling Database?

Hello Everyone,

Does anyone know where I could get a sample database for
scheduling people to work? I need to setup a database for
a volunteer that schedules the nurses to visit the older.
The nurses have a set schedule and a set time. They work
the same schedule every other week. The schedule gets
changed a lot and the nurses trade with each other, etc.
Any idea where I could get a hold of a sample one?
