I know I can send email at a later date and time than when it was composed,
through the options in a new email.
My question is, is there any way to schedule email as a task? Here's some
background.
I have to generate letters to certain people daily, which I know from Access
reports I've run for that day. If the information I'm requesting in the
letters to them do not return by a certain day, I have to then send another
letter, or an email to someone else about it, who has to communicate this
information to different people. I schedule a reminder for a particular day
to check if the information has been received by that date and if not, I then
need to have an email sent.
Is there an easier way to do this, and again, can I schedule an email to be
sent (as an appointment reminder, even (?)) as a task?
Thank you in advance.
