scheduling event reminders for "all employees"

I need to know if this is possible in Outlook 2003: On the day of a specific
event (such as a luncheon), I want a reminder message to pop up on every
employee's computer sceen. Another example - say there is a blood drive
scheduled for November 14 at 10 a.m. - I want all employees to have a message
pop up at 8 a.m. with a reminder about the blood drive. -- I tried using the
calendar function in Outlook to do this, but I ended up with hundreds of
employees sending me an e-mail saying they would attend a certain event or
would not attend a certain event. I don't want to use the accept, decline,
tentative function - just have a reminder message show up the day of a
specific event as a last minute reminder. If anyone knows how to do this it
would really be appreciated. Thanks!
