Scheduling meeting

I was selected as a delegate for a supervisor. I received a meeting invitation for my supervisor from an outside company. I would like to accept and schedule a meeting but since there are no accept/decline icons, how would I go about doing this? Thanks a lot!

Ask the outside company to resend it to you as a vCal or iCal item with no
reminder.
