Scheduling meetings in the next few months-please help

One of the admin assistants that work at my office brought up a good question
the other day. When she tries to schedule a meeting request for the future,
(like 2 or more months) she sees their time as "No Information" instead of
Busy, or even free. She uses Office XP.
She has rights to see and add appointments or meetings for the people in
question. She can see Busy, Out of Office, etc... until May 1st. After
that-"No Information".
If you know why its like this, please tell me, or if you know of a way I
can push back the "No information" for a few more months, I’d greatly
appreciate it.
