Would like to set up automatic sending of message at specific time of day for 2 weeks, begiinning at a future date, essentially pinging an email,

any ideas on how to do it with entourage or is there a program to do this

You can find an AppleScript that will do this perfectly here:

It will allow you to specify a time interval, or set the exact time and
date for the delayed send. It will also let you "postpone" incoming
mail, causing it to be side-lined and then re-inserted into your Inbox
at a specified time or date.

In the Microsoft User Data folder located in Documents, you find the Script
Menu Items folder. Place the script here.
