Scheduling one of a set of identical resources

However, can I
obtain a view of all the conference rooms to see if they
are booked BEFORE I even set up my meeting? Is this
possible?

Exactly! Rather than inviting a group that includes every meeting room
and delete all but the one we end up using, we want to invite
"Available Meeting Room"

Has someone written an add-in to do this?
