Scheduling Recurrence

Can anyone help me schedule a recurring appointment while
excluding weekend dates? For example, I want this
appointment on the 15th of every month, however, I don't
want it scheduled on Saturday or Sunday. If the 15th
falls on Saturday, I want it to default to Friday. If it
falls Sunday, I want it to default to Monday.
