Scheduling someone else's meeting

Hello! I am a secretary and have 3 people I support. I would like to be able
to schedule meetings for them and receive the responses myself but I don't
want their meetings to show up on my calendar. I've tried scheduling the
meetings from their calendars but then they get the e-mail responses and I
don't. Is there a way that I can be "the scheduler" without seeing their
meetings on my own schedule?
I used to use a program called MeetingMaker and I could be a "BCC" on a
meeting so that the meeting didn't actually show up on my calendar. I can't
find an option like this on Outlook.
Thanks!

Have the other people go into Tools | Options | Delegates and make you a delegate for their mailboxes. That way, you'll receive their meeting responses.
