Scheduling : Windows 2000 server

Hi,
I have a visual bsaic application ( .exe file ). If
case of an error the application writes error to the log
and shuts down. The application is running off a windows
2000 server. How can I schedule a task on windows 2000
server to call the .exe in about a minute after
shutdown. This needs to be done via code. Delete the
schedules that have expired. An early reply would be
appreciated.
