Can someone please tell me how can I access schema.ini files.
Also can I modify schema.ini files?

Hi Ann,

Schema.ini files are text files so you can view and edit them with
Notepad. For importing, schema.ini must be in the same folder as the
text file you are importing; for exporting, it must be in the
destination folder.

There's some documentation in Help, and more at

Access will create a schema.ini file automatically if you export to
Microsoft Word Merge format.
