School: coping with 2-week timetable.

We are a school working to a 2-week timetable - week1 and week2. Holidays
don't count so if we have a weeks holiday following a week1 then the week we
return to school follows a week 2 timetable. How can outlook 'move'
fortnightly appointments forward a week?
