Schoolboard letter on how to get student into right grade

Mother in need of help!

Hi my son was wrongly had to repeat the first grade. He teacher and I have a
great communication relationship. I need help on writting a professional
letter (or find a template in MS word) to the Jefferson Parish Schoolboard on
why and how I need to go about getting my son into his correct grade. Thank
you, your time and effort is greatly appreciated.
