Scientific Calculator Calculations

Does anyone know how to create a formula to include
the "And" function of the Scientific Calculator.

What I'm trying to do is take an IP address
(10.11.12.130), and the Gateway (255.255.255.128) and
determine the subnet. I know if I can use the "And"
Function on a Scientific Calculator I could break up the
IP and Gateway and determine the result.
